TRX 250 EX/X

• For recreational riders, the 14° Quad High Flexx Handlebars are recommended with Tusk Universal Big Bar Clamp Adaptors.
• Using the stock steering stem requires the ROX 2” Pivoting Risers, and ROX Dash Panel Kit.
• For aftermarket steering stem, +1” for racing, +2” for recreational riding. TRX300X and TRX250ex aftermarket steering stems are the same. Lonestar makes a good steering stem for these machines. Be sure to have 1 ⅛” diameter handlebar anti vibe clamps. ROX Dash Panel will not be applicable with aftermarket steering stems. Key Switch and Indicator Lights will need to be relocated to the plastics/hood.
• An inexpensive alternative would be to use Tusk Universal Big Bar Clamp Adaptors(¾” rise) from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. These bolt to the stock bar clamps and adapt to 1 ⅛”. This is a lower setup. Key Switch and Indicator Lights will need to be relocated to the plastics/hood.

TRX400EX (Gen 1, 2, & 3)

• 14° Quad Standard Flexx Handlebars will be the best bend for this quad.
• Using the stock steering stem requires the ROX 1 ¼” Offset Risers, and ROX Dash Panel Kit.
• For aftermarket steering stem, +1” for racing, +2” for recreational riding. Roll Design makes a good steering stem for these machines. Be sure to have 1 ⅛” diameter handlebar anti vibe clamps. TRX450

• 14° Quad Standard Flexx Handlebars or 15° Quad Standard Flexx Handlebars will be the best bends for this quad when racing.
• For Recreational or Desert riding, the 14° Quad High or 15° Quad High will do great.
• A +1” Steering stem is required when running an oversized tank.

• Another solution when using the stock steering stem is you can also go with the Modquad Bar Clamp-Phat Bar 1 ⅛“

• Our Quad Bars are 31 inches wide, while our Moto Bars are 32 inches wide. 
• All Quad bends offer 9” of handle room, over an inch more than a traditional bar.
• All Moto bends offer 9.5” of handle room, over 1.5 inches more than a traditional bar.
• We have a new low bar that’s 68mm tall. This means we now have 3 different bar heights: 68mm, 92mm, and 116mm.
• The 92mm bar was previously referred to as the “Quad Low”, it’s now referred to as the “Standard” height. The 68mm tall bar will now be refferred to as the "Quad Low". The 116mm “Quad High” will go unaffected.
• If running a low bar on a TRX or YFZ,  a +1 stem is needed for the bar to clear an oversized fuel tank
• Flexx Handlebars are 1 1/8" at the mounting section and 7/8" at the handles. 
• On ATV’s the ideal backsweep is usually a 14° or a 15°, pending your height and what kind of riding you’re primarily doing. Most ATV’s come stock with a bar most identical to our 15* Quad High.
• Traditionally taller riders prefer a straighter bar like the 14°.
