The Impact Adventure Peg is 112mm long by 60mm wide

The elastomer absorbs vibration allowing your feet to remain better planted on the pegs. High-frequency abuse like spikes, jolts, and bumps are also dramatically reduced through the cushion of the elastomer.

The Impact Adventure Peg, Patent # US 6390488, accomplishes this by isolating the cleat from touching metal to metal, resulting in the rider experiencing less vibration and abuse transferred to the foot. With the Impact Adventure Peg you'll have more leverage while your foot stays better planted, resulting in your feet, ankles, and knees feeling better at the end of a long day on the bike.

How does it perform?

Proofed out in the notoriously choppy, teeth chattering, West Rim in Southern Utah. The perfect proving ground for the Impact Peg, as often riders feet vibrate or bounce off of the pegs from the continual chatter. With the Impact Peg the harshness of the rocks was squelched, the riders feet stayed planted, and the brutality of the notorious chop was tamed. Further, the slick rock drops provided the perfect opportunity to test the how the Impact Peg performed on massive impacts. Our test riders repeatedly launched big rocks to flat landings, noticing none of the sharp pain or sting shooting through their feet to their lower back as they would with any other peg.

Looked well made but didn't fit my bike

Ordered KTM 690 adventure pegs. They do not fit the 690 Enduro R. Would've been cool if they did

Loved it so much I bought two! KTM 690 and Africa Twin

On a quest to get my 2019 KTM 690's vibes down for comfortable adventure touring I came across these pegs and they were worth every penny...which is good because they cost every penny I had in my bank account. They look absolutely amazing...kinda crazy that pegs could be such a huge cosmetic upgrade but that was just a bonus. These really did help reduce the buzziness in my feet by a noticeable amount, but the real selling point is how HUGE they are which means comfort sitting and especially standing. I feel like I have so much more control over the bike on these huge platforms.

Anyway, fast forward a few years and I picked up a used 2017 Africa Twin which is known for its ballerina slipper sized pegs. So I purchased another set for it. While I don't regret it, it wasn't nearly the upgrade as it was for the KTM. Because of how they mount, they end up being far too long I feel which makes the bike hard to manuever with your legs. They also don't seem to reduce the vibes like they did on the KTM...different frequency I guess.

Worth 250+ on the 690? Yes...all day long. On the AT? I'm not as happy...I don't wanna blame the product though it's awesome I just don't know if its the right fit. I can tell you I'm going to put these on every bike I buy though from here out based on my experience. :)

2020 Triumph Tiger Rally Pro

These are exactly what I need for my new Rally Pro. Stock pegs are small and vibration from the triple is significant.
As soon as you have a black set ready for the new 2020 Tigers, I’ll be purchasing, trialing both on & off-road use, and reporting back to share my findings! Can’t wait to feel how these perform.

2019 690 Enduro R - Superior to the stock pegs

Stock peg size on the '19 690R is way too small and there is absolutely no dampening. I had a slight tingling in my feet, just on my commute (15 miles) with the stock pegs - now I can ride for a few hours without getting the vibrating sensation. Obviously the elastomer has some engineering built into it, it definitely works, for me at least. The rest of the pegs are solidly built..no problems clogging up with mud, and they have survived a couple low speed dumps with no damage to the finish or hardware, etc. I would definitely recommend!
